Sandra Ellington, Chartered MCIPD, enjoyed a progressive career within the field of HR and Learning & Development for a large multi-site hotel company before taking the decision to branch out independently in 2002. Sandra Ellington & Associates was set up, with a remit to specialise in people development and HR consultancy.
As well as providing a sole trading learning & development, executive coaching and HR consultancy service, Sandra often comes together to work with other like minded professional Associates to offer a wide range of flexible development options.
Built up over in excess of 20 years, Sandra’s client base covers a broad range of service based organisations from the public and private sector including: hospitality, retail, transport, local government, central government, national agencies, leisure, manufacturing, healthcare, utility services, universities, colleges & schools and third sector organisations. Sandra works with business owners, chief executives, principal and senior lecturers, front line staff, HR managers, line managers, senior civil servants, customer service teams, volunteers, healthcare teams and non academic support staff.
